Please note that minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

 Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it is considered final and non-cancellable.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in case of unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund initiated to the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are not accepted.

Exchanges are allowed only under the following conditions:

If the product is received in a damaged condition, customers must share an unboxing video as proof.

Damaged-product exchanges must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

In case of damaged goods, the exchange will be processed without any additional cost.

If an exchange is requested due to a change in customer preference, it will be subject to:

A processing fee covering return pick-up and re-shipping.

The exchange will only be initiated after the returned product is received in unused and intact condition.
